The KGA/KACS "Ask Us" Center is your online resource for information about the Kentucky grocery, supermarket, and convenience store industries.

We're working to build a dynamically growing database of questions and answers from a range of industry issues. From politics to poultry we'll be adding FAQ's to our system for ready access to all KGA/KACS members.

Additionally, we'll be adding "Ask Us" Center Content Experts to our system providing answers and suggestions to a myriad of industry issues.

How does it work?
Browse the "Ask Us" Center categories and see if there is already a question posted that provides an answer. If not, then simply click on the "Submit Your Questions Here" link to send us your question. We'll work to find the answer and send you a response to your email address. Your question is then edited to remove any personal/business references and posted to the "Ask Us" Center for future users.

Don't see a subject category or question that matches your need?
Simply submit a new question under the "Uncategorized" subject link and we'll get the answer you from our industry, government, or Content Experts.

Confidentiality
All questions are handled by KGA/KACS staff or our Content Experts and your email is NOT shared our released outside of the KGA/KACS. Responses are "scrubbed" of any information that might identify the submitter.

Extended Responses
There may be times when a few paragraphs may not fully handle complex questions or situations. In such cases we will attempt to answet your question as best we can based on the information you provided. If you wish to obtain additional in-depth information regarding your question or issue our content experts are happy to speak with you directly. In some cases, extended consulting or professional engagements may be the best way to handle your question completely.
